1. How do I personalize my gift?
Customizing your unique gift is simple! Just follow these steps:
- Step 1: Select your favorite product and click the "Personalize" or "Upload" button on the product page.
- Step 2: Upload your photo or enter your custom text as prompted.
- Step 3: Use our live preview tool to adjust the positioning or size.
- Step 4: Once you are happy with the design, click "Add to Cart" to finalize your order.
2. What are the requirements for uploaded photos?
To ensure the highest quality print or engraving, we recommend:
- High Resolution: Use original photos (JPEG or PNG) rather than screenshots.
- Good Lighting: Photos taken in natural light work best. Avoid very dark or blurry images.
- Clear Subject: Ensure the main subject (person or pet) is centered and not cut off. If our design team finds your photo quality too low for a great result, we will contact you before starting production.
3. Can I change my customization or cancel my order?
Because we begin handcrafting your personalized items almost immediately, we only allow changes or cancellations within 12 hours of order placement. Please email us at blackegg888@gmail.com immediately if you need to make an adjustment.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Total delivery time is the sum of Processing Time (1–3 business days for handcrafting) plus Shipping Time.

Standard Shipping: 8–12 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 6–9 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is dispatched.
5. I’m sending this as a gift. Will there be a price tag or invoice inside?
No. Many of our customers ship directly to their loved ones, so we do not include any invoices, receipts, or price tags in the packaging. Your secret is safe with us!
6. What is your return policy for personalized items?
We offer a 99-day return window.
- Quality Issues: If the item is damaged or the customization is incorrect, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement. You do not need to return the defective item.
- Other Reasons: If you wish to return a personalized item for non-quality reasons, we provide a 70% refund (a 30% crafting fee is deducted as the item cannot be resold).
7. How do I track my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to our tracking portal. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after the package has left our facility.
8. What should I do if my photo won't upload?
If you experience technical issues, try clearing your browser cache or switching to a different device. If the problem persists, you can complete your order without the photo and immediately email the image to blackegg888@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.
9. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes! If you are looking to order 10 or more items for a wedding, corporate event, or party, please reach out to our support team for a custom quote and bulk discount pricing.
