Note: All requests for refunds or replacements must be made within 99 days of delivery. For the best assistance, reach out to us as soon as any issue arises.


Defective/Damaged Items Return

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@bleggeit.com

  2. Include clear photos or videos of the issue along with a detailed description.

  3. Processing: We will process your refund or a replacement within 48 hours.

  4. No Return Needed: For defective or damaged items, you do not need to ship the items back; just provide us with the required evidence.


Return Service Procedure (Non-Quality Returns)

To be eligible for a return due to non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind), the following conditions must be satisfied:

  • The product must remain in its original condition, with all labels and markings (e.g., product labels, seals) intact.

  • The packaging must be intact and maintained in its original condition.

  • The returned item must show no signs of use, and all included accessories must be complete.

How to process a Non-Quality Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 99 days of the delivery date to request a return and obtain the return address.

     

  2. Pay for the return shipping and provide the shipping label to customer service.

     

  3. After receiving your shipping label, our customer service will process your refund.

     

Important Note: For returns without quality issues, you will receive a 70% refund of the product amount. A 30% deduction applies as a crafting fee for personalized items.

 


Return Shipping Cost

  • Quality Issues: If the product has quality problems, the customer does not need to return the product. We are responsible for providing a refund or replacement.

  • Other Cases: In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
